More Facebook Fun

While searching for the FB quote for a couple posts back, I came across these entries I don't want to forget. Some go clear back to March.

Shelby Drake overheard Grace ask Tim to write, "Happy Mother's Day Shelby Drake" on my "surprise" mother's day card. Love that girl! :)

Shelby Drake said, "Wait. I can't find my cell phone. Help me look for it." And Grace said, "Panic!!!"

Shelby Drake Really? REALLY?!?! At three and a half I'm supposed to get the "You never let me do anything!" scream, stomp, stomp, stomp, and slam?!?!?!?

Shelby Drake "Medicine, Why Mommy?" :( Tear, Sniff. Not ready for him to grow up.

Shelby Drake enjoyed a picnic in the front yard with the kids today!!

Shelby Drake So, male Carpenter Bees.... aggressive and territorial but cannot sting... alright then bring it! This is my home and family and I'm in charge here!!!!!

Shelby Drake Grace figured out if she puts big stickers on her potty chart, she fills it up faster.... evil genius!!

Shelby Drake Man! Those Magic Erasers really are magic!!!

Shelby Drake Lovin' my girl today. She can make me crazy and scared to death of the teen years, but I was so proud of her today at Cooper's birthday party! She was good at "helping" and didn't melt into a puddle of emotions when she was asked to "back off" a little bit! She was such a proud big sister!

Shelby Drake tried to show her little sister how to DO Zumba... and hurt herself.

Sending Tim off to DC with his Goodie Bad and Elmo!
Cooper was having FUN throwing his rag up in the air!!!!
Elmo and Mandi in DC.
Elmo and Tim on the subway. (Mommy's least favorite place.)

Elmo gettin' some love from Mandi and Tyson.
Elmo helping Tim play cards on the bus.... while waiting for the backup bus to come get them from the truckstop in Ohio!

Again this year the kids and I headed to Ohio to Cousin Amy's house to hang with them. It was way different this year as the kids entertained themselves really well!!!
Except at dinner time when EVERYONE wanted this ONE cup. Good times!
Such cuties.
Obviously they had a good time!

Gymnastics came to an end with an exhibition. Both kids did their routines very well and got medals for it. (Which have now become weapons, and have been put away for a while.) There is video and as soon as Tim is finished with his Master's NEXT WEEK! I'll ask him to get it on here.
I'm loving Grace's drawings these days!!!

Saddle Ridge Ranch VBS

Tim and I taught the 3rd and 4th grade class at VBS this week. It was awesome! Grace and Cooper got to go to their class, too, and did a wonderful job! It was so fun seeing them learn and have fun without us. I loved getting their cute waves from across the sanctuary and high fives when we passed in the hallway! So proud of them!!!!

Click the link below to see us doing our theme song. Grace and Cooper are across the sanctuary somewhere in red, and, well, you'll see me and Tim!
